Fast shipping and laid-back service, way better than most spots.

This has got to be one of my most frustrating experiences with an online retailer. I ordered a winter jacket that was supposed to arrive within 1 to 5 business days. Now, it’s been 14 business days and I’m still waiting for my jacket. To make matters worse, I’ve emailed the company twice and I’m still waiting for a reply. I even tried calling them, but the number listed on their site doesn’t connect. How can a company operate like this, leaving me in the dark about my order and not even letting me know how to get my money back if the item isn’t available? This is just plain unacceptable. Honestly, this is the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had.

I'm still waiting on a refund for something I bought nearly two months back, and now I can't get a reply to my emails. It's been a letdown, full of empty promises, and the customer service is just awful.

Placing the order was a breeze and the shipping was pretty quick. Sadly, the product I got wasn’t the same as what was shown online.

The pool sliders were also visibly marked and damaged.

Update: I was really happy when Nick reached out to see what went wrong. He worked hard to fix the issue and found the original item I wanted, sending it my way. The new product matched the description on the site, and the person I gave it to was super happy with them. Big thanks to Nick!

I ordered some sneakers but they never showed up. It was supposed to be delivered in 1 to 2 days, but it’s been over a week now and still nothing. No response from customer service either—I'm really let down. I won't be using this site again.

Updated review, my daughter seems quite pleased with the Ralph Lauren beanie. I had some concerns about its authenticity, but the seller got back to me and provided options for return or refund. The quality of the products is pretty good overall, and I must mention, the delivery was fast.
